What to expect
Quick clarity on ductwork types, markets served, turnaround expectations, and revisions—so you can coordinate subs, approvals, and install dates smoothly
We fabricate both rectangular and spiral ductwork for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Our capabilities include standard and custom duct systems built to project-specific requirements and in accordance with SMACNA standards.

To provide an accurate and timely quote, we typically require:
- Project name and location
- Drawings (bid, permit, or approved shop drawings)
- Scope of work
- Project specifications
- Delivery schedule requirements
- Bid date
We strive to meet all requested bid dates. Turnaround time depends on the volume of requests received at the time of the RFQ.
Production begins after receipt of:
- An approved purchase order
- Finalized drawings (if required)
- A completed job release form
Revision handling depends on the stage of the project:
- Bidding phase: Contact our estimating department at estimating@vortexduct.com to ensure all changes are captured.
- Active projects: Contact your assigned project manager, who will guide you through the required steps to account for revisions.
Deliveries are coordinated based on jobsite requirements, access limitations, and project phasing. Any special delivery needs should be communicated in advance to your project manager.
Each customer is assigned a dedicated project manager and account manager who oversee pricing, scheduling, production coordination, and communication throughout the project.
